The Great Plains Institute is developing a demonstration EV-Ready Communities certification project in Minnesota. The project is identifying action credits designed for cities and a separate program designed for Minnesota's 11 tribal nations. The program will provide technical assistance and certify local implementation in six EV-ready categories: Policies and Goals; Regulation; Utility Engagement; Education and Incentives; Public Leadership; and Shared Mobility.
