In this NEW course, you will learn how to create climate action plans that lead to measurable progress, access new federal transportation and energy resources to enhance resilience plans and mitigate emissions, and identify opportunities for improving and advancing building efficiency and net zero initiatives and codes. Congressional Spotlight
Check out the NEW Congressional Spotlight lessons available through APA Learn: improve local efforts at zoning reform and housing action plans with insights about federal legislation and funding; produce local plans, recovery initiatives, and budget projections based on projected federal appropriations and budget reconciliation programs; and increase understanding of the impact of the national political landscape on key planning resources and requirements.
